Who we are

This website is operated by Aner Group, Inc., a U.S. enterprise technology and managed services firm, with its corporate office at 4500 Park Granada Blvd, Suite 202, Calabasas, CA 91302, United States. For anything in this notice, contact privacy@anergroup.com.

What we process, and why

Server logs. Like virtually every website, our hosting infrastructure automatically records routine technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and timestamps. These logs exist for security, abuse prevention, and operational troubleshooting. They are retained by our hosting provider in the ordinary course and are not used to identify or profile visitors.

Correspondence you initiate. If you email or call us using the contact details provided, we receive the information you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on a potential or existing business relationship. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

That is the complete list. This site has no accounts, no forms, no newsletter, and no comment functionality.

What we do not do

• No cookies of any kind, first- or third-party.
• No analytics, pixels, fingerprinting, or session recording.
• No advertising and no advertising technologies.
• No third-party scripts, embeds, or externally hosted fonts; every resource on this site is served from our own domain.
• No sale of personal information, and no sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

How we protect it

Aner Group maintains a security-first posture with independently attested controls: SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type I attestations issued by A-LIGN, a SOC 2 Type II audit in its final stages, and ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 certifications in progress. Information you share with us is handled under confidentiality and least-privilege access controls, consistent with that program.

Retention

We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was sent, or as required by law and our recordkeeping obligations, and then dispose of it securely.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information we hold, such as the right to know, access, correct, or delete it. Because we hold essentially nothing beyond correspondence you sent us, exercising these rights is usually as simple as asking us to delete that correspondence. Write to privacy@anergroup.com and we will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframe applicable law requires. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
